Video comments will be posted pending approval. Video responses accepted between March 1, 2013 to May 15, 2013. Five finalists will be selected to compete in the voting phase of the competition. Voting begins June 10, 2013 and ends June 20, 2013, and the applicant whose video receives the most votes will win a FULL SCHOLARSHIP.
